Been working hard on what I call my "Tranquility Garden". Everyone needs a place to just relax, or to contemplate, meditate, and prayer. It is good for emotional health and well-being, and also for healing. Whether you visit a park or a zoo, or the beach, or just enjoy some time in your own garden, this is good for the soul. Take some time to enjoy nature, the free gifts of God. There is beauty everywhere, you just need to look around and take it all in. Feel the cool breeze on your skin. Watch the birds soaring in the sky. Enjoy the simple things in life. Spend some time with your family and friends, or just enjoy some alone time.
